We’re a trusted independent garage serving private vehicle owners, fleet clients, and leisure vehicle enthusiasts—and we take pride in our exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for every customer and vehicle.

👷 What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers and managing service enquiries with a smile

• Booking in jobs, producing estimates, and updating customers twice daily (11am & 3pm)

• Coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient workflow

• Recommending value-added services, accessories, and service plans

• Supporting our specialist Motorhome & Caravan Care Department

• Maintaining accurate admin and workshop system updates

👀 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role

• Brings knowledge of motorhomes, campervans, or caravans (or is eager to learn)

• Possesses great communication and organisational skills

• Has a customer-first attitude and proactive mindset

• Is confident with admin processes and digital workshop management systems

💷 Salary & Earnings Package:

Commission is paid monthly on:

• Upselling additional repairs and maintenance

• Selling service contracts and value packs

• Recommending and selling accessories or parts

Performance-based bonuses include:

• Quarterly incentives
