Previous-generation 1.0 and 1.2 PureTech engines are used across a wide range of Peugeot, Citroën, DS and Vauxhall vehicles. Because the same model name can cover different engine and timing-system generations, we check the application first so you only see a wet belt package when it is appropriate for your vehicle.

For a confirmed application, you can review the belt-in-oil kit, engine oil, oil filter, consumables, specialist labour, VAT and total price. Your booking also includes a free vehicle health check.
Applicable previous-generation engines are found across Peugeot, Citroën, DS and Vauxhall model ranges. The exact engine and production date still need to be checked because not every vehicle with the same model name uses the same timing system.
For the confirmed package currently shown on this page, the itemised workshop quotation totals £883.40 including VAT. Your vehicle and engine application must be verified before that price is confirmed.
The current workshop quotation allows around four hours for the PureTech wet belt replacement service. If inspection identifies additional work, we will discuss it with you before anything outside the agreed package is carried out.
Not automatically. New-generation and hybrid applications can use a different timing system, so they are routed to VIN and engine-code verification rather than being priced from the model name alone.
