Tired Motorhome Gets a Well Deserved Make Over
"Well Iām not normally speechless but these guys achieved the impossible."
Lyn & Roy contacted Thurton Auto Centre after viewing a post we had sent out on social media profiling a repair and restoration project, we recently completed for a client on their Dethleff A Class motorhome. Lyn asked us to restore their much loved Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Auto-sleeper motorhome to a high standard. Their motorhome had not been looked after by the previous owner, and was in need of a fair amount of remedial work to the body, wheels and some refinements internally. Lyn explains "Having taken my tired looking motorhome to them to see if they could freshen it up, bit of body work, renew the sealant, sort out the cracks coming off the bike rack fixings, oh and solve the problem of rain coming into the awning from the roof!, fix an ill fitted tv bracket which was installed incorrectly by another motorhome company but we couldn't close the cabinet door, nor swivel the tv when it was fully extended out on the bracket?? Oh and we need it in a couple of weeks as we are planning a trip away early April. Not much to ask eh!?
